Shipping is free in most countries. So please read to find out if shipping to your country is free, and check shipping costs on the products page. Please leave correct address information, changing any address information will result in additional charges after publication. Do not accept addresses with a P.O. Box and abbreviation of the city name as shown in the picture below. Never allow a courier to leave a package at your door. We will arrange delivery after payment.

SHIPPING POLICY
We ship FedEx/DHL/UPS for free.
This means that the seller bears the major shipping costs.
Handling time:
Within 1-2 days after receipt of payment except weekends and holidays.
Delivery time:
US and other countries 3-7 business days.
Your order will likely be shipped ahead of schedule, however all of our hair is rigorously quality controlled and then we will ship to each customer to make sure we only send the best hair.

Hot Tips
1. Usually the local shipper delivers express delivery on weekdays (Monday through Friday) to ensure the safe arrival of your package.
Therefore, it is recommended to choose the address where you can receive the parcel on weekdays as your pickup address.
2. The express shipping we send must be signed for by the customer to complete the payment.
So please make sure that you or your authorized person is at the delivery address to facilitate receipt.
If your item arrives at your shipping address and is signed for, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

About damage and problems:
After receiving your order, carefully inspect all packages for missing, damaged or incorrect parts. Our warehouses make every effort to prevent shipping damage, but sometimes it does happen. If you receive a damaged part, DO NOT accept the package, have the shipper return it to the sender immediately. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, contact the shipper immediately and return the package to the sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occur to prevent freight charges from being charged both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged or incorrect parts after 15 business days, regardless of the guilty party. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims must be handled through the shipping company.
Status of our items in stock:
As usual, we will ship your package in two to two days after we receive payment, but there is a short time our merchandise is out of stock. When we meet this condition, we will try to ship your package as soon as possible.
Severe weather conditions and festival holiday:
Sometimes harsh weather conditions and festival holidays affect our parcel delivery times.
We are not responsible for force majeure conditions.
